I came to John Randolph last fall for a domestic violence help. I was scared and I felt alone. John took his time to listen to me and made me feel safe. When my court day came not only was John fully prepared, he made me feel protected and helped me stay strong. I would highly recommend John for a consult or legal action that you may have. Not only is he’s Spokane’s new hero but my hero as well.

I am a small business owner, I went through a divorce with a woman who physically abused me, we had a child and I went through 2 different lawyers before finding John. Understand me when I say this, this man is pure love and light. Whatever your case, whatever your situation, John randolph will hear you out, believe you, and fight for you. And not charge you an arm and a leg, even though he should because he is a very good lawyer and can win your case. You ever see the show Goliath? John is billy bob Thornton, do you, and your family a favor and hire John. I hope that if you’re reading my review, and you feel hopeless, you feel like you’re losing, you believe me when I say hire this man. If everything is negative In your life, do one positive thing. Hire John Randolph. One of my favorite rap artists is tee grizzly, in his words “they praying on my downfall, I paid no attention I stood tall” John is the man to get you to stand tall again. And be there for your family. He understands we are all human and make mistakes, and he still stands by you. He helps individuals such as myself, spend your money wisely, and hire a lawyer who cares. Every day. Johns legal staff is also incredible, they answer night and day. They work tirelessly for his clients. You get results, you get sound, clear, legal representation that in my opinion is the best money can buy.

I was in need of defense help, with little time to work with. John took my case in short order and hit it out of the park. He used his expertise, resourcefulness and strategic thinking as a pinpoint focus on problem-solving. He was patient in explaining my options with a collaborative approach. Some attorneys can make you feel stupid, as if you're just another layman on the outside looking in, which can make you feel as if you're at the mercy of the system -- but he did just the opposite -- laying out possible scenarios, but allowing me to be part of the process and making me comfortable with realistic expectations. We received the most favorable outcome as a result of his approach and solid defense, which I must emphasize was accomplished in a very short span of time. John also kept me at ease with his great sense of humor. I really appreciated having him in my corner and working with him, and give him the highest recommendation.

John helped me so much. I was involved in a civil litigation pro se, and he came in about halfway through. John always spoke to me with respect and always did what he said. He goes way above and beyond what I expected from a lawyer. He calls to check in if he doesn’t hear from you in a while, he works much faster than I’ve ever seen a lawyer work, and he is fair with his hours when he finally bills you. There were a couple of times that he advised me of faster alternatives that could save me time and money. He could have taken advantage of my ignorance, but he didn’t. He even has a calming effect when he speaks to you. I have the utmost respect for John and his practice. I would recommend him to anyone.

We were very pleased with the process and we got a 6 figure settlement which exceeded our expectations. I would definitely use again if needed. Easy to work with and very professional and very efficient and always letting us know what was going on with the case.

John listened to me patiently, offered insight, went above and beyond immediately contacting the other party to figure out what was going on and gave me an update immediately with very helpful information. I highly appreciate his service, and would return to his service if needed.

John handled my divorce case, including a lengthy negotiation. At every step of the way, he was friendly and helpful, and all my questions were answered. The outcome of the negotiation was better than I had hoped for. I would hire him again if I ever need legal help in the future.
