John is the owner and founding member of the Law Office of John Randolph. He graduated summa cum laude (with the highest honors) from Gonzaga School of Law, served as an editor of the Gonzaga Law Review, and was a member of the Gonzaga Moot Court Honors Council. In law school, he was on the Dean’s list every single semester, and was awarded multiple CALI Awards for Excellence (Top Student in a Class), including Evidence, which is an essential topic for any litigator. John worked through law school at a respected large firm in Spokane. His undergraduate degree is in business management.
John's legal experience in the domestic arena includes divorces, third-party custody, domestic violence protection orders, parenting plans, child support, legal separations, and committed intimate relationships.
Furthermore, John is a trial attorney and has extensive experience in civil litigation including negligence torts like car accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, defamation of character, false light claims, large loss injury cases (amputations, serious brain injuries, and major surgical cases), professional liability including medical malpractice defense, contract disputes, intentional torts like assault and battery, emotional distress claims, wrongful termination, dram-shop liability claims, road design cases, wrongful collections, consumer protection actions, product defect cases, and discrimination cases.
While he never guarantees results, John often obtains outstanding results for his clients as a result of hard work and thinking about the best angles for each specific case. John has been a speaker at numerous CLE's, which are continuing legal education for lawyers. John is an IronMan triathlete, regular blood donor, and an avid fisherman.
